3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Clairemont home with pool in quiet, family neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with the shared bathroom will be available October and November 1st. Monthly rent is $800 plus utilities (water/gas, electric, and cable/internet) all split evenly; utilities are about $130/month. Current tenants are myself and my boyfriend in the master bedroom with our own bathroom. New roommates must like dogs :) We have 2 dogs of our own that are both well behaved and trained.
