I am looking for someone to take over my lease from August 1 2021 to July 31 2022. The entire apartment is a four bed, four bath, fully furnished apartment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and has a balcony. There is a washer/dryer that is shared amongst your roommates and a workout facility that also has a pool and fire pit area that is shared amongst the residents of that building. The only other monthly payment you should have is the electric bill which isn’t fixed but is normally around $30 a month. In the living area, there’s furniture that comes with the apartment and a super nice kitchen that I cook in all the time! There’s a shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes that takes you to campus and back and runs all day. There’s an option to park in the parking garage as well, but there should be enough spots to park on the side of the road. I’m only looking to find someone to take over my lease because I’m looking for a studio apartment as I go through college. My roommates are my friends and make great roommates, but I am looking to go in another direction.

My name is Dawson Zentz and I’m currently a second semester sophomore attending IU Bloomington. I’m majoring in psychology with a minor in business and spanish. I’m on the pre-med track as I plan to attend medical school and become a doctor. My roommates are also sophomores and are both male. We like watching football and going out to eat sometimes. They’re easy to get along with and are pretty laid back. We like to keep the apartment fairly clean and take turns doing the dishes. You would be taking over room 3 (see floor plan), which is a great location in the apartment. The pictures shown are pictures that I took myself when touring The Quarters for the first time.
