About the Room: Rent is $700 a month. The house is furnished with a living room set, TV, kitchen table, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, frame, dresser, and nightstand.
About the House: The house includes washer/dryer, shared bathroom, central ac/heat, living room, kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, and parking. Pets are non-negotiable.
About the Location: The house is right off exit 183 on 95. It is about a 20 min drive to FIT and downtown Melbourne and about 15 mins from the airport. Message me for more photos of the room and house.
About the roomies
