Hi there! I’m looking for a female (mid 20’s-30’s working professional) roommate for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a luxury apartment building in Hoboken on 13th and Grand Street for October 1st move-in. As a testament to how great this apartment is, I’ve lived there for 4 years, and wish to continue the lease even as my roommate moves out this year.

Rent is $1460 and around $100 for cable/utilities a person per month. To join the lease, it will be a $100 application fee plus deposit. (no broker fees)

A little about me: I’m in my late 20’s and work in entertainment full-time in NYC. During the week I like to go to the gym after work and relax in front of the TV or go to happy hour/dinner with friends. On weekends I usually hang out with friends in Hoboken or NYC, or visit family.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet during the week (works a similar 9-5 type of schedule), keeps common areas clean/is respectful of shared items, pays bills on time, and who is friendly and easy-going.
