Green Street

Hello!

Sean here. Im moving into this very large, very industrial space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The apartment is approximately 2,000 SF, two bedroom, one HUGE bathroom. The apartment is all open except for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The two rooms are very large, probably about 15x15’ each. All pipes are exposed with concrete floors. I have furniture I’m bringing from an apartment (living, dining etc) but its just so large you could also bring a living set as well (totally into creating like multiple seating areas!!). The kitchen has everything except a DW, which I’ve already spoken to the landlord about installing and he’s down. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bedroom for rent has one really large window, no closet, new wood floors. The roof deck is really pretty awesome, and the building is only two floors, so its not a trek from our place.

My ONLY requirement: Must love dogs!!!! I have an adorably loyal and loving Great Dane. He’s pretty big, about 115lbs right now, 2 yo. He acts like a puppy still, so he’s got lots of energy for walks and stuff, but to be honest sleeps about 20 hours a day. Don’t worry, I won’t ever ask you to share doggy responsibilities or clean up. He sheds in the summer so Im open to getting a monthly cleaning service :) Leo is lovingly a big slobbery mess at times- so seriously, its better if you just genuinely don’t mind the dog.

About you: Be kind, courteous of others, and honest. It’d be great if you had a normal schedule, typical 9-5 would be great. Disrespect is something I do not tolerate. Other than that be you!

About me: Im 29, male, very work focused. Im chill and pretty tolerant. I am an outgoing, chatty (at times), active person. I run often. I don’t drink much, nor do I smoke (few cigs on occasion- outside). I don’t care if you do- I just don’t like for the apt to be a party/crash pad. Although, this place would be PERFECT to host a few parties so maybe we can throw something together ;)

October will be my first month at this place. So If you’d like to help set the tone of a further spot where you’d like to stay- hit me up.
