Our apartment is only a block away from Prospect Park and the Parkside Avenue Q stop; whether hanging around the park or going into the city, the accessibility is really incredible (roommates attend school in Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn, respectively). Room is currently equipped with an air conditioner, heat and water are included in rent. The apartment was recently gut renovated and features all-new appliances and fixtures including a dishwasher. The room is large enough for a queen/king-sized bed and then some! Looking for someone to sign a 1-year lease with the (2) current roommates.
