The townhouse is a 2-story beautifully decorated and furnished space! The overall space is about 1200+ sqft, which is split up into an indoor and outdoor space. The indoor space is about 900 sqft and the outdoor space is 350+ sqft. It is a 2 BD + 1.5 BA. The townhouse features hardwood floors throughout.

Downstairs you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, wine cart, half bath and the sliding doors out to the outdoor patio. The living room has a couch, slipper chair, 50“ TV. In the dining room, there is a collapsible table that can fit up to 6 people. The kitchen is a fully stocked galley kitchen. Off of the dining room is the sliding door out to the patio. Upstairs, there are 2 bedroom and a full bathroom. Both room has a lock to the room for security. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Both restrooms are shared and there is space in the bathroom cabinet, and the hall closet for some storage of your bathroom items. Outdoor patio – this area has outdoor rocking chairs, bar table, TV, and some work out equipment. It is set up to enjoy an outdoor space. The in-unit laundry is also located outside. The machines are both full size. So, there is no need to go to the laundromat! The townhouse’s location is on a semi-private street among high end homes. Parking is on the street, and there is never a problem finding parking. There is no need for a permit. So there won’t be an issue for your guests. It is also walking distance from a park, Starbucks, Chase, Hop Saint, CVS and other shops. It is a short uber drive to Redondo pier and Hermosa pier (under 2 miles). It is a bit of a walk to the piers; however, I have done it and there are routes to beautiful neighborhoods that make the walk worthwhile.

ABOUT ROOM This is the brightest room in the house. It comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, TV & Roku stick, small work desk, chair, a lamp, a private mini-refrigerator, and a Keurig. It has everything you need in the room allowing for some privacy. The price is all inclusive. All the following items are included within the price:

• Basic utilities - Gas, Electric, Water,
• Cable TV with DVR in shared living space,
• Wi-Fi
• Streaming channels – Hulu, Netflix, Prime, Disney+
• Use of Furniture & Shared home supplies (Just bring your clothes!)

I consult and advise companies on their operations and projects. I also have a little dog sitting business I conduct on the side. Thus, I will have a dog guest every now and then. So, if you are interested, please take this into consideration. I would like a roommate that is very comfortable/loves dogs. With that said, I will try to keep them away from you as much as possible.

Before the pandemic, home was a place to lay my head. I was already working remotely; however, I had so many activities – Toastmasters, dinners out, going to my workout group and almost every weekend was another activity. During the pandemic, it all stopped. However, I do find balance in having a very few select friends (i.e., people that I know, and trust are cautious about COVID-19) come over for some social distancing fun. The outdoor space is perfectly set up for movies, dinner, and drinks! I do want a roommate that is also cautious/diligent while understanding moderation in day to day living. For the most part, I am a quiet, easy-going, and respectful, considerate roommate. If you are interested in the space, I would love to show you the space and talk through roommate stuff.
