I am considering in renting out my spare room. I have not decided yet if I want too. The room was originally for my girlfriends daugther but circumstances changed and that is no longer the case so the room has been empty for 6 months. It is a small room. Was for a little girl so it a full twin is the biggest u can fit and still have decent space left. All bills are included wirh rent.

If you clean that is a plus. If you like to cook even better cuz I don’t cook. Lol I work mornings and on evenings I just chill and play videogames. On wknds that I don’t work I occasionally have a few friends over, we drink then head downtown but that is pretty much it.
