About the room
Hi Guys,
My name is Darzell and I have a room available in my loft apartment located in the Printers Row neighborhood. The building is only 5 minutes away by walking to the blue and red lines. The neighborhood is trendy, located right downtown, and comfortable.
The room available is large enough to fit a queen sized bed and a desk. The closet space is huge as well. You would have a bathroom all to yourself, and the only time I would need to go in is to use the washer and dryer which is in the unit.
The walls are lofted, so it does not fully connect to the ceiling. The layout in the loft is exposed brick, with a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
The apartment is equipped with the nest heating/cooling system, which can be controlled via your phone.
About me: I am 31 years old, and I work in the International education field. I also attend grad school at nights. I have an American pitbull terrier named Nahla, who is well beloved in the building and she is a best friend if you need one! Also, she is not a barker!
The room is available December 1. However, I am looking to secure the new roommate soon, as the resigning with the owner of the loft is soon approaching.
