Hello! If your looking for a rad house, with awesome roommates then look no further.

We have a large room for rent starting Feb 1st (sooner if possible), it is somewhat in the back of the flat, very quiet and has a lot of natural light.

The Rent: $975 plus Utilities, with a $1000 deposit. We are looking for a long term roommate.

The home: we have a cute flat located in the Mission, just steps from Bart, Muni, the freeway, parks, skate parks, shops, and the hospital. The flat is above restaurants, and businesses. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a full living room, and a full kitchen, and an awesome projector.

The room: Very large room, lots of natural light, it is somewhat disconnected from the house, 17’(L) x 12’ (W)+ high ceilings, no closet. There is rear access to the outside, that leads to our back patio area.

About the roommates: We are working professionals ages are from 30’s-40’s, a male, and a female. We are mostly working from home these days.

We do our own thing, but also will get down on watching movies and making food together too. Due to Covid-19 we are not having guests over at this time. This is a safe space, judgement free zone!
