Prospect Street

I’m looking for a roommate to share the apartment with myself starting February 28th 2021. I currently reside in a ground floor garden apartment in Caldwell NJ (Rumsey Park Apartments on Prospect Street). I’m a clean and considerate roommate to have and would like someone to be the same.

Apartment is furnished with couch and futon Pictures coming soon.

The room is the biggest room in the apartment. The bedroom gets morning light. One closet, cast iron radiator, kitchen, no central air but room for a small air conditioner in the window. Parking spot available on site and very close to downtown Caldwell with shopping and grocery store. NYC transportation via Decamp Bus Lines & Willowbrook Mall Park & Ride nearby. Towns such as Verona and Montclair are very close-by.

We split PSEG Bill (Gas and Electric) We split Verizon Bill (Only Internet)

I’m a clean and considerate roommate to have and would like someone to be the same. I work in the Fashion Industry and in a corporate setting so I’m out of the house from 9am to 5pm and occasionally work on the weekends. The people in the apartment complex are mostly families and couples. The people who reside here are very friendly and look out for one another.
