The apartment is located in midtown is very near from design destrict. 10 min away from Miami beach and few minutes from edgewater or brickell. The building has a nice rooftop pool in the floor 40th, tennis area, biliard area and gym. Also, we have a building restaurant called Amara that’s very good! I have everything for laundry. I have 2 rooms available. The rooms has already the beds. The services are all included on the price. Internet & light. You can use the living room and the kitchen.
About the roomies
Is a really nice area and building. I often travel for work so barely I’m at the apartment. Clean and calm.
