The home is also situated in a nice, quiet and calm, cul-de-sac neighborhood near Cal State San Bernardino. The available room is a large 12x14, private bedroom with a lot of natural light. The room comes with a wall mount so that you may easily mount your TV. Access to a full kitchen, washer, dryer, shared restroom and living room with a smart TV is included. A background check, and a refundable security deposit is required. A month-to-month lease agreement is required to be signed with a minimum stay of 3 months.
Iām friendly and very easy to get along with. Iām seeking another person with similar characteristics to share my home with. There are currently three males in their twenties. There is already a dog on the property, so no more will be allowed. The dog is very well trained, gentle and obedient. The rent price is for one person and only one person will be allowed. Students are welcomed. NO SMOKING. No drama. No excessive drinking. MUST BE CLEAN. Weekly Cleaning is required for everyone living in the house.
