I have 4 bedroom house. Dont rent to students just retirees, or working people. No drinking, no drugs, background ck’ed, clean people and respectable Prefer non smokers but smoking outside ok. If caught in room smoking instant eviction.

I live in basement watch over house. Strict policies want good tenants, no lease but sign an agreement. I actually give deposits back if room is kept up.
