Toby's room

Very nice complex with nice pool, hot tub, gym, basketball court, movie room. The room for rent is un-furnished for $950 per month or I’ll buy a new bed for the room with rent of $1000 per month. All utilities Paid also cable and internet paid. In apartment washer and dryer. I have all kitchen pots pans and silverware ect. Living room 65“ tv with DVD player and I have all kinds of great movies, new sectional sofa with recliners on the ends, fireplace. Dinning room with table and chairs. Nice size patio and I have a gas grill on it for our use. I have one covered parking area and one uncovered parking area, both very well lit at night. Really the deposit is your first months rent, $950 to move in total

I’m very laid back get up early for work get in bed early. I’m a tidy person but not a neat freak but tidy. I like to cook and I clean as I go. I believe in respect for each other and their spaces. I wouldn’t want you to have a date night at home every night, once or twice a week is ok and I will do the same. I am looking forward to meeting you and becoming great roommates. Toby Smith
