I am a young female professional looking for someone to rent my newly finished basement. Single person only and no pets please! Everything is brand new - kitchen, bathroom, etc. You will have your own washer/dryer, parking spot, and private entrance. I will stay out of your space completely unless you want to hang out! :) Not furnished.

I have a cat and a dog. I am quiet and will be respectful of your space! I would love a friend roomie but if you prefer to be strictly roommates I am totally fine with that. Because my dog doesn’t like being alone, I am willing to negotiate rent a small amount in exchange for watching her sometimes while I run to the barn or stores. She is super calm and very sweet. :)
