This property is located at the rear of a quiet complex. It sits right beneath a hillside, so when you walk outside you may see deer, peacocks, and even a coyote!

You’ll have you’re own full bathroom located across the hallway from your bedroom. The room is 14 X 14 square feet. It has a very large window and a large closet with sliding doors.

The unit has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a small patio to bar-b-que and sunbathe! The apartment community also offers a swimming pool to lap swim and cool off! Off-street parking is available.

The place is conveniently located next to Target, 24 Hour Fitness, and Union Landing. BART is just a few minutes away!

I’m a single male, age 37. I just moved to Union City one week ago from Oakland and am helping my landlord find someone to occupy the second bedroom. I work in SF, Monday through Friday. I leave home around 6AM and usually get home around 4ish. I go to the gym as often as possible. On the weekends I’m usually chill. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing sports i.e. basketball and golf, and traveling. I have a small dog who is very friendly and rarely barks. He is almost two years old.

I enjoy a quiet and clean space to call home. I prefer a roomie that is easy going and has no problem sharing with chores and keeping the place clean and organized. If we can strike up a friendship that would be great! I don’t mind going out once and while for drinks and social events.

I don’t have lots of company over too often and I prefer someone that also keeps things low key. My friends may stop by to chill occasionally, but not every weekend.
