My name is Allen and I’m a 30-something young professional and new mortgage holder, who just bought my very first townhome (right before the virus, just my luck!) It’s been both a scary and exhilarating experience, and I am looking forward to a roommate who will not only share in the household expenses but also provide a second perspective on life’s biggest questions, to visit local parks and hang-outs, and hopefully become friends with!

ABOUT ME I would self-describe myself as: clean-cut, young professional, genuinely nice, and a down-to-earth homebody. At home I’m a t-shirt and shorts kind of guy; when going out, it’s polo and khakis. I’m normally really quiet at home, do light gaming or reading in my free time, and set-up my home office inside my master bedroom for privacy. I am abundantly reasonable, responsible, and will always try to communicate with you. I am a manager at a financial services firm.

ABOUT YOU An ideal roommate would be the same: clean-cut, either a student or young professional with a good head on his shoulders, quiet, very respectful, and looking forward to a roommate situation. It helps if you’re clean and organized (or at least don’t mind cleaning)! You should be gainfully employed with 2 years of work history OR a student with academic success.

BONUS: good chef, mechanically oriented, professionally degreed, genuinely nice, and doesn’t mind climbing onto the roof to hang Christmas lights with me. Kidding about the last one.
