Zak's room

Large, clean and homey 4BR house, with 2 bathrooms in oildale 10 minutes drive (30 min bike ride) from bakersfield college. 1 room for rent, 600$/month. This house is too large for just my girlfriend and I to rent. A full security system with monitoring on the house with cameras only on the outside, smart locks, smart lights, excellent gigabit internet included, furnished livingroom and kitchen, and a smaller backyard that is getting some work done. Zak and Mercie are a couple that’s been together for 4 years living in the master bedroom in their mid/late 20’s. Zak is a practicing engineer and mercie is studying at bakersfield college to be a nurse. We are looking forward to having some more company around the house and are especially welcome to bakersfield college students!
