Female only One furnished room for rent located on the second floor of the house. The bedroom has a desk, ceiling fan, dresser, walkin closet and queen size bed. May need to share a bathroom when the other bedroom is rented out in the future. All utilities included (power, water, internet). Washer/dryer on site. You’ll have full use of home, including the kitchen, laundry, appliances, and electronics, Great location and close to shopping and highways. 10 to 15 mins to Costco, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and DFW Airport, 5 to 7 mins to Kroger, Walmart, Target, Albertsons, Aldi, Tom Thumb, and Daiso. Credit and background check will be required for all applicants. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no couples and no overnight guests.
