The building is a luxury apartment building in sought after Flagler Village. Less then 10 minute walk to Las Olas, close to the beach, and other shops and restaurants. Large pool, large gym, and doggy play area. Extremely safe area and a quiet building.

I am a young professional that works a regular 9-5 Monday-Friday job. I am tidy, quiet, and friendly. I also have a corgi puppy that is well behaved and loves people and other dogs. I keep the place clean and never leave messes longer than an hour at most. I am looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle and similar schedule. I like to work out, hang out at the beach, spend time with my friends, and in general be outside.
