One bedroom/bathroom in a tri-level house. This house is located in Carbon Canyon. Feel like you are on a mini vacation everyday while still enjoying all amenities the city has to offer! Situated in the hills between Brea and Chino Hills. The bedroom is on the top floor with its own entry. The bedroom used to be two bedrooms but we removed the wall in between so now it is one great room. There are two closets as well as two interior doors. There is an exercise bike but it doesn’t need to stay. Just shows there is room for whatever you want (small office, exercise space, etc.). The bathroom is located on the main level. Although it is a shared bathroom, it is really only used by the renter. There are hiking trails within walking distance from the home. Chino Hills State Park is a 5 minute drive. Whole Foods, Stater Bros/Walmart are less than 10 minutes away. Couples are welcome, however parking is extremely limited. We can only accommodate one additional car in our driveway. This location is not walkable. Must have a car.

We are a married couple and own the home. We both work outside the home. Bryan works Tuesday-Saturday 8-5. Jenny works and lives half time in San Jose. Jenny is working remotely while at home in Chino Hills. Jenny is a vegan but Bryan is a carnivore. We have dogs so you must be comfortable around dogs. We prefer not to add to our already oversized pack of canines, so no dogs please. Also, cats are not recommended in this area due to predators. Bryan rides a Harley and is often out of the house in Sundays riding with friends.
