Before you scroll ahead. We are only considering current residents of Hawaii. Ideally for move in on June 1st but can work with you. Pictures of room coming soon!

Room is big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, tv stand and dresser. It has an A/C unit, ceiling fan and huge walk-in closet The rent is $750, utilities fluctuate between $100-$200/person per month (more in Summer per AC usage).

Must make at least 4x the rent per month. No pets (but must tolerate our indoor/outdoor cat, Bones), drugs (420 ok) or smoking indoors (outside only).

The house is split into two 2-story apartments. We live in the back so we are off the street with a fenced in yard. The common areas are spacious, the bedroom is located on the second floor. We are in the lower Makiki area, very close to Walmart, Safeway and Times. We’re only a 15 minute walk to Ala Moana beach park.

There’s one parking space available at no extra cost per month. We prefer to do virtual tours and interviews initially but would like to meet more serious applicants in person once we get a vibe.

Our property manager runs a non-damaging credit and background check. No tenants with co-signers will be considered.

At the moment there are 2 males and 1 female living in the house (MF couple). We are between the ages of 36-40 years old. Due to COVID our work hours vary. None of us work a typical 9-5 and we tend to be night owls. That being said we are respectful and capable of minding quiet hours. We’re tidy but not obsessively so. No chore wheels or anything like that.

We’re all vaccinated. We’re looking for a chill, responsible, single roommate who shares a mutual respect for our home and safety.
