Private clean room in Fremont area. Easy access to all the major freeways. Close to all the shopping centers. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy available parking in the streets no problem with that. You have access to the kitchen and our washer and dryer that wouldn’t be a problem at all will include all that with rent.

I’m a family man living with my wife and 7 year old son and 2 well behaved dogs. We are a quiet clean family and we are young so ideally we would want someone around our age group which is between 18-30 years old. Students welcome also. We do tend to have family dinners on the weekends so I hope you are okay with a few friends comming over every so often.
