Darcy's room

Unit is only 1.5 years old. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout except bedrooms are carpeted, balcony. Complex also has salt water pool, and workout facility. Apartment is fully furnished except available bedroom, also i have washer and dryer in unit. Apartment is 1260 square feet.

I am 49 an early morning riser i hit the gym most days before work. I work 6 days a week usually 7-3. Im pretty laid back and easy to get along with. All i ask in a roommate be respectful clean up after yourself and pay bills on time and we will get along great.
