-very quiet and quaint neighborhood -beautiful views of downtown (located on a hill in Silver Lake) -lovely public park a couple blocks away -Sunset Blvd just down the hill -Metro station approx 20 min walk away

ROOMMATES:

-3 bedroom house -2.5 bath -4 roommates (one couple living in each room) -2 DOGS (each couple has a dog, both are very sweet, medium-sized dogs)

Total = 5 people + 2 dogs (it’s a large house, and the couples stay in their rooms with their dogs almost the entire time)
