The room is in the first floor of a 2 stories. The first floor has its own entrance (composed of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom) It’s a private room the kitchen and the bathroom are shared. The current 2 roommates living here are females (very nice quiet, clean and always busy) , therefore we prefer a female roommate. Who cleans after herself and

• does not smoke
• pets are not allowed.
• BF or visitors are not allowed to spend overnights or spend long periods in the house. ———- Deposit: $500 Monthly rent: $500 ——- Parking : on street (always available no permit required) No laundry on site.

All utilities + WiFi included. ( gas, electricity, water, WiFi) ———- Offering a lease of 6 months. recent paychecks are required.
