The house is located in a safe neighborhood in Santa Maria. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home. The backyard is spacious with lots of plants and a pond river with two waterfalls. Only two people living there currently, a 14 year old daughter and 39 year old father. No couples, children, or pets plz. The room was recently remodeled and looks much nicer and has a lot more furniture and decorations. It is fully furnished with a private bathroom. It’s located in the “Nanny Suite” which has two door between it and the rest of the house. Washer n Dryer is available. Rent is $1250 and Bills are $250. $1500 total. Very clean and well maintained property with a friendly family vibe.

Owner of the house is a process engineer, real estate agent who enjoys gardening. He works in Avila beach and around the 805 area. He Likes to cook, and hang out in his office, is 4/20 friendly. Takes care of an 14 year old daughter who is sweet and smart and does a lot of chores and housework. We have a young girl cat that is shy.
