Quaint single family home on the southwest side of Fort Worth only about 10 to 15 minutes from TCU. The room is located in the back side of the house with a shared bathroom just down the hall, large walk in closet space. Access to back yard workshop, and pool also included as well as most streaming services.

I’m a 32 year old male presenting NB who lives with his 12 year old dog. I enjoy video gaming, music, and karaoke. I work from home 5 days a week and will be in and out of the property on a regular basis, I also host D&D games regularly as well as group gatherings when pandemics aren’t an issue.
