I am in the process of purchasing a home in Folsom, I close on the 15th of Sept (possibly the 12th) and looking to share the house since expenses will be higher for me. I would like to rent out the master bedroom - private full bathroom (double sink) and a large walk-in closet. Full use of the kitchen and dining room. Neighborhood swimming pool, Jacuzzi and clubhouse are located right in front of the house.

Very, very close to Folsom Lake and right off of Folsom-Auburn road so very close to everything!

I will cover all of the utilities, Wi-Fi, HOA fee, etc. $975/month for two occupants or $875/month for single occupant. There is also a washer/dryer unit available for your use. I can also make room in the garage if you need some storage space. If you have pets, let me know I may be okay with it depending on type and size.

Ideally, looking for professionals that can pay their rent on time and that can clean up after themselves. I don’t care if you smoke, 420, etc as long as it’s not in the house. About me: 38 year old female, I work in the IT field, I love cycling and kayaking, my sister also lives just a couple of minutes away from the house, so I don’t plan on even being at home very much.
