Has 2 pools, fitness center, 7 laundry rooms (usable app on your phone for laundry) We only pay for electricity and Renter’s insurance which we will split together. Pets are welcome under 25lbs and require a half month’s rent deposit (one time payment) with an extra $30 every month for the pet. I do not own a pet but you’re more than welcome to bring one.
