My wonderful roommate of 6+ years is moving to Colorado, and I have a spacious bedroom to rent out to 1 female in my sunny and serene 2Bd/2Bth, Prospect Park-adjacent condo (990 Sq Ft).

The Room:

• Master Bedroom w/ en-suite bath + walk-in closet (pale blue/green, not pink, is the current color)
• 2 east-facing windows
• Unfurnished

The Apartment:

• 2 Bdrm/2 Bath (990 Sq Ft!) on the 4th floor
• Thermostat-controlled heating and A/C
• Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven
• Views of Prospect Park from the living room

The Building:

• Pre-war, 6-story building w/ an elevator
• Laundry and bike storage in the basement
• Beloved live-in super (30+ years serving our residents)
• Terrific community of neighbors and a strong Board of Managers (holiday party pic included!)
• Kitty-corner to beautiful Prospect Park
• Across the street from the Q stop at Parkside Ave (7 min. walk to the B train)

The Neighborhood:

• Prospect Park, LeFrak Center (roller/ice-skating), Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens are all here!
• Farmers Market at the Parkside Plaza on Sundays
• Plenty of new restaurants/bars/cafes (e.g., Parkside, Silver Rice, Blessings Cafe)

Me :) I’m a professional woman in my 30s and have lived in this building for over a decade. I worked in management consulting since college but am now at a bank. I’m an energetic, optimistic person and keep busy with fitness, weekend trips, and exploring the many cultural scenes in NYC. I love my home and would love to share it with the right (female) roomie!
