The room you will have is not furnished although there are black out curtains that can be removed if wanted. Has a furnished guest bedroom in case you have guests. My townhouse is only 1.5 years old. In a great upcoming area in south Austin. Close to moontower and other fun places. Right off of menchaca which is a fast road to get places.

I like things usually quiet, I’m very nice and easy to get along with. I have 2 cats that are very sweet and a little ornery. I don’t know if they would get along with other cats, I have no clue.
