We are looking for a roommate to share with household responsibilities. Room has view of community, standard mirror door closet, fits up to queen size bed. Near to restroom and laundry. Two story house. Small back yard. Full kitchen. Community pool and spa. We are a pet loving home with two small dogs and a cat, no additional are allowed due to city and HOA regulations. Parking is driveway, rotated with two other vehicles in garage (no street parking as of 2/1).

Rent is $700 per month, due on the first. $500 deposit, refunded after move out less cleaning and final utility deduction. Month to month term agreement. Require 30-day notice prior to move out. Utilities are water, sewer, electricity, trash, internet, and water softener, split among household, approx $160/mo each.

We are located near highway 126, in Fillmore. Gated community. A block away from Vons, Starbucks, and restaurants. 35 minutes to Oxnard, 35 minutes to Camarillo, 25 minutes to Moorpark. Santa Barbara is approx 1 hr away. Serious inquires please.
