Okay folks-we’ve got the largest room in our two level garden apartment going for $1300 a month. In Williamsburg right off Metropolitan and the L/G trains.

It’s a great apartment-close to just about everything-multiple laundromats, grocery stores, bars, etc. etc.

Lots of room and storage here-your room has two closets-one has a desk installed in it but can be easily removed. Two bathrooms in the house-both with showers.

Nice backyard. Your room is on the second level facing the street so it can be a bit noisy-past roommates have invested in white noise machines for sleep.

As I said, $1300- we split all the bills-which in the dead of winter and the heat of summer can be a little high but for the location, space and price-we gladly take it.

About the roommates-there are two of us.

Matt is 28. Works in a restaurant and is a painter. Matt’s gay. Jes is 30. Also works in a restaurant and has a letterpress business. Jes isn’t gay. Jes has a cat named Gretel. With cats come sass-but she desperately just wants to be liked. That being said, one cat is enough-no other pets please.

We don’t like to have large groups or parties over at the house-when we’re here we are either working on side projects or just relaxing a bit. Nothing strict-we just don’t want to be the gathering spot in a friend group. We like to keep clean-you should, too.

Move in is October 1st. You’ll need rent + security.
