3 bedroom 2 bath house, large fenced in back yard with 2 decks and large gazebo. Central air, propane heat, large dry basement plenty of storage. 2 bedrooms included.1 with hardwood floors and walk in closet, other with carpet and standard closet. All furniture will be removed from rooms. Bedroom furniture available to purchase if needed/wanted.

49 year old professional non smoking male (outside smoking is fine) with super friendly 2 yr old husky golden retriever mix that doesn’t bark and has her own doggie door. During the week I’m early to bed earlier to rise. I am clean but not neurotic, responsible, easy going, and potentially be gone 3-4 weeks at a time for work.
