Gil's room

There’s nothing that special about the rooms 2 rooms 1 bathroom high speed internet and electric included washer and dryer I have 4 all together would like to rent the 2 upstairs rooms . Which were my kids rooms so they are a little tore up . The whole house is tore up somewhat . It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath house . One bath upstairs and one bath downstairs. Washer and Dryer down stairs . I have a small dog if you have a dog or cat it’s ok. Backyard and front yard 2 car garage. Off street parking for one car . It’s a very quite neighborhood.

I have recently became disabled I stay downstairs in the basement allot . I work online. My son Noah 10 years ago led will be in one of the rooms down stairs with me . I keep to myself. My son Noah is only here a few days a month . And I spend some time in Fort Collins .
