The home is a 4 Bed/4Bath, 2300sqft beauty in a desirable part of South Visalia, centrally located near Mooney Blvd and shopping centers. The room is a spacious master bedroom with private bathroom (full) and large walk in closet. All utilities and internet are included with the rent. The room is currently furnished with a Queen size bed, dressers and 55“ TV mounted on the wall. I can remove these items if need be or you’re welcome to use them while you stay.

The back yard is huge and features a large wrap around covered patio w/ a built in bbq /kitchenette. There is also a pool table and a mounted 55“ TV (not pictured) in the backyard under the patio.

My name is Carlos, I’m a 30 year old Male and I currently live alone in this newly purchased home. I own and operate 6 mental health group homes in Visalia, so I am usually out and about for most of the day. I am wanting to rent out 2 of the rooms to respectful professionals in the area. No parties will be allowed. I also do not rent to couples.
