The house is a gorgeous recently renovated Victorian from the early 1900s. 2200 total square feet, central heat and AC, hot tub, wood floors in living area, carpet in bedrooms. Great neighborhood, walking distance from grocery store, restaurants, bars, and 3 parks.

3 other housemates in mid-20s. Couples/roommates welcome. Prefer people who want to feel like part of a house community.
