You can use the desk, chair, bed frame, and mattress if you like or we can throw them out if not. Standard shared washing machines and dryer room in the basement of the building. We’re located in downtown SF so public transport is easily accessible nearby.

My roommate and I are 21 and 27 yr old game and art students at the Academy of Art University nearby. We like to keep to ourselves and don’t talk much but love playing video games and watching cartoons, movies, and anime. We are pretty quiet ourselves but don’t mind noise. We like to keep everything very clean.
