My friend Sammy and I are current residents of the apartment and are looking for a third roommate. The room available has never been lived in and comes unfurnished. It’s a gorgeous, private space with a giant window and room for full/queen-size bed AND sitting area, closet or desk.

Both Sammy and I are non-smokers and non-drug users and are looking for a roommate who shares our same values and will be reliable in paying their share in rent and bills each month. Additionally, we keep our apartment pretty spotless and hope to keep it that way. All “neat freaks” welcome! We’re laid back and hope to make our home a sanctuary after long days at work.
