Mike's room

Hi, I have a room available to rent out. It is only two blocks from Winthrop so it is perfect for a student or young professional in the area. It is very close to shopping centers, parks, etc. You will have access to all the main areas (kitchen, washer/dryer, living room) and the bedroom. Everything is included in the rent (utilities, internet). No couples or pets, please. Non-smokers only please. Currently, I live in the house with two other guys.
