Nick's room

My girlfriend Delilah and I live in an EaDo townhouse. The home is in a gated complex with 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and the rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, WiFi, etc.). Your private bedroom would be on the first floor. Our room is on the third floor. The rest of the home would be shared between the three of us. The home has an outdoor patio with views of Downtown and is conveniently located (less than 10 minutes to downtown, Midtown, Montrose).

Delilah is more social than I am, but we are both fairly quiet and keep the house clean. We’d want a similar roommate (at least when it comes to keeping the common areas clean). Delilah loves to cook, as well, especially Asian dishes.
