Megan's room

Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment starting August 1st, 2021. It is a super cute place off of Prospect and Shields so super close to campus. Internet, gas, and electricity are not included in rent but comes to like $60-$70 a month. There is off-street parking as well as in-unit laundry. No pets allowed in the lease. The main common areas will be furnished, but the room will not be.

I am a recent CSU grad as of December 2019. I work up full-time up in Old Town. I’m pretty laid back. I tend to keep the common areas clean and hide the mess in my room. I am always down for adventures or anything fun. I love to cook and always have extra so totally willing to share.
