About the room
Its a 1 bed 1 bath in a 3 bed 3.5 bath newly remodeled home in south Redondo! Very short walk to the beach. Laundry in unit, ac/heating, parking on the street and we live next to a church that allows us to park in their parking lot as well. Utilities are split between roommates. No pets. We are both SUPER clean, clean up after ourselves. We both do not work from home, hopefully looking for the same in a roommate. The house if fully furnished besides the bed/bath that is vacant!

We are VERY clean and respectful. We are both professionals that do not work from home and we hope our roommate is the same. We both wake up early for work and are gone most of the day
