Roommate wanted in Richneck area of Newport News, $600/month UTILITIES AND FIOS INCLUDED. No couples, no children. Applicant will be selected based on credit and compatibility.

I’m living in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1 story house on a quiet court off of Richneck. I’m pretty chill, reliable, have a cat. There’s is a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Bathroom would not be shared but is located in hallway and is technically the guest bath so keeping it in decent condition is a must.

There’s a garage and craft room to do any work in if you want, as well as a living room and den that i watch tv and play games in, again free to use and im open to rearranging.

I’m cautious of covid and you would need to be too, so no large gatherings at the house and I hope you will be responsible otherwise.

It’s just me living there, i’m the primary lease holder and i’m essentially subletting the room. I’m quite introverted and a homebody, generally watching tv on the couch or playing games on my pc in the den, mostly single player so there’s no loud game chat. Overall I’m very quiet and don’t talk much. I cook occasionally.. I’m quiet and keep to myself, clean up after myself , with the exception of cat toys scattered about.
