About the room
Beautiful house with hot tub on the back deck in a safe neighborhood near parks and shopping. I would particularly like to rent to somebody that has one or two large breed dogs who would play with my five month old German Shepherd puppy. No pit bulls please.
About the roomies
One quiet, friendly female roommate upstairs-that’s me. I like to work out and hike. There is an apartment downstairs with a single man in there, but he hardly ever comes upstairs and does not share our kitchen. I have 2 friendly dogs, both German shepherds. No smoking or vaping nicotine, inside or out, due to allergies, but 420 is ok outside. No cats please but large dogs would be great. We have a dog door into a large, fenced yard for them.
