Roommate wanted $800 , M/F - don’t care, preferred age 24-35. No couples. 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse on the East side of Cherry Creek State Park (S fraser CT, Aurora 80014). Very close to DTC and Centennial area. Offering 1 room, bathroom and private porch connected. The room has a large closet, very bright dimmable lights with fan and central air. Street parking but I’ve got some room for storage in the garage. Washer dryer in unit, internet, shared kitchen, and all utilities are included in the price. Complex is very quite and in a safe neighborhood but I’ve also added an ADT system for extra security. I’m ok with having another pupper in the house but he/she must be house trained and non aggressive towards my old 🐕. I am looking for someone who can stay for minimum of 3 months (flexible with lease) and if bringing a 🐕 a deposit of $250 is required. Must pass background check.

Little about me, Work from home, hike and outdoors most weekends, laid back, rarely drink or smoke (don’t care if you do). Very organized and clean (outside of your room I require the same), gym life, Alaska rasied, apolitical, veteran, don’t really party, just living life 🤘.
