Very quiet neighborhood. All utilities (electricity, water, internet, free laundry) included in rent. Bathroom is shared with one other female. Security deposit is $440.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and make a least three times the rent monthly

The house has 5 rooms so there will be four other people living in the house. All working professionals and everyone is respectful of each other’s privacy. I am a male working professional in my thirties. Common areas are always kept clean.
