I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in this 3 bed 2 bath (1400 sq. ft.) single story house, the room is 9.6’x9.6’ for $700/m which includes utilities and internet. The bathroom would be shared with one other person which is also where the washer and dryer are located, the other tenant using this bathroom is very clean. There is also a fenced-in backyard for doggos but no big shedders please. Great neighborhood, very quiet, it is located about 10 minutes from downtown Loveland, 10 minutes from I-25, and 20 minutes from downtown Fort Collins.

The tenant living in the middle bedroom stays to himself almost always, he plays a lot of video games and is outdoors practicing photography. I’ve known him for about 5 years and he’s been living here for 3, currently working as a security guard and is a huge lover of animals. I’m living in the master bedroom and am usually in my room also playing video games when I’m home. I’m an EMT looking to get into firefighting. We’re both clean organized people so I would ask that of you in common areas as well. From what is seen in the photos I’ll be updating the sink and toilet in the bathroom before this lease starts.
